Install  4/12 vaulted pitch trusses for raised ceiling effect.

Install red cedar inside  ceiling 5/4″ x 6″ x 12′.

Install facia and soffit trim to match existing home.

Install new shingles and gutters to match existing home.

Install three 20 amp GFCI outlets in ceiling.

Install two ceiling fans – client provides fan allowance.

Install a new gas line along back brick wall for outside fire source.

Install a patio mister system.

Install a lattice finish on both ends.

Our design is unique in the fact that we will be using two separate types of roof trusses.

This provides a vaulted ceiling for more height reducing heat.

Install new lattice on boths ends of porch.

Trusses and Roof Installation

Install 24 ft. 4/12 roof pitch 24 in. on center Roof Trusses

Trusses install faster and easier than rafter framing.

Trusses designed to be building code compliant.

(Pre-manufactured stock trusses are constructed with Spruce Pine Fir (SPF) or Southern Yellow Pine (SYP) lumber. They are designed at a 6/12 pitch to be spaced 2 foot on center. These trusses the meet building code criteria as specified by Structural Building Components of America (SBCA) and the Truss Plate Institute (TPI).)
