Objective

Kitchen Remodel – Open Concept

Remove and replace existing flooring

Repaint and refresh interior of home

Replace all electrical outlets/switches interior of home

Timeline – To complete project in March and be available for rent in April

Notes

Install stove vent/hood above the new stove which will be located in the island OR to install a downdraft vent to utilize the space above the stove for a chandelier or pendant.

Install a large island (approx. 3′-6″ x 8′) with 12-14″ overhang for bar stool seating.

Install granite countertops throughout the kitchen.

Install new undermount sink, faucet, garbage disposal, new copper piping  1/4 turn shut-offs.
